  • Live-in caregiver position in Gladstone for an adult man with a developmental disability.
  • Position primarily provides support with activities of daily living, household chores, and companionship.
  • Schedule is 6 pm to 7 am Monday-Thursday nights, weekends from 6 pm Friday evening until 7 am Monday morning, plus 7 am to 6pm on 8 agency holidays.
  • Time off includes 7 am to 6pm Monday-Friday in addition to every other weekend.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 positive business references available.
  • Must pass a physical with a lifting test of 75lbs, drug/alcohol screen and criminal history background check.
  • Successful candidates will generally be patient, reliable, communicative, compassionate, able to work independently, and adaptable.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

  • $650 biweekly salaried stipend plus free rent and utilities.
  • Medical, alternative, and vision benefits for employee after 3 months and 403B retirement plan with company match after 1 year.
